First time in karategi together!

On Monday it has been the first time for me and my little son Francesco to wear together the karate uniform 'karategi'.

For almost 30 years I have spent my free time on the tatami, first as a young schoolboy, then as athlete in kumite and finally as a karate instructor. That's why 'last monday' was a big deal for me. And for Francesco as well: he really couldn't wait to wear the uniform.

After 1 week using Google Wave

Like others in the blogosphere, I chose not to see the video on Google Wave or read other impressions about this. Just to be virgin.

I'm really amazed about Google Wave, it's really a powerful and brand new communication tool and in the future it could change the way we collaborate (Lotus be aware!) event if right now it's clear it's experimental.

I mean, I have several problems just using 1 wave with 2 people (me included):

About usability it's not the best since we have tons of unused space and using a wave in a small monitor like mine it's frustrating:

So the final comment is: Google go ahead we are looking forward to see at least the beta release.

After a dive-week in Sharm El Sheikh

Sunday I came back from Sharm El Sheikh where I have spent a wonderful holiday and I have met new friends. Despite the fligth back was not so confortable (the final destination was cancelled and we have landed in Malpensa airport) I still have great feeling of the week.

I have visited two new dive site's in Sharm: Pinky Wall and The Temple. Pinky Wall is a dive site's full of pink alcyonarian corals, sometimes the drift can direct you in the opposite direction where another famouse Sharm's site is available (Amphoras). The Temple is in the bay between Ras Umm Sid and Ras Katy and I had dive there twice: one during the day and the other during the night. The day was great because we had a long dive (66 mins and 80 bars left on the tank!) thanks to the depth that is between 6 and 18 meters. The night was a surprise: full of lion fish which was attracted by our lamps, we also seen a lazy crocodilefish on the bottom. The Temple have offered us the possibility to see a big moray around 2 meters long.

Hope to come back soon, bye bye Sharm!

Lotusphere 2010 registration, something is happening?

This morning opening the Lotusphere home page, I notice this:

Mmm, it's seems like something is happening ... maybe they are finally moving the landing page of Lotusphere from 2009 to 2010? Maybe they are opening the registration?

As reported by Lotusphere Blog, in the last of years Lotus have anticipated the registration date. For 2010 maybe today is the registration opening date?
