Enterprise 2.0 conference: Lotus Connections vs MS Sharepoint

This year at Enterprise 2.0 conference we had a face-to-face in the Social Software ring between Lotus Connections and Microsoft Sharepoint. CMS Watch web site reports:

IBM came off looking better for various reasons. They fielded a more focused demo team -- never to be underestimated -- but also because Connections has some slick, Ajax interfaces, and SharePoint does not. Ajax does not necessarily bring better usability, but done right, it can simplify complex interfaces.
It's also quite interesting to note that many CMS solutions, coming both from the opensource (as Alfresco) and the commercial world (as mentioned as MS and IBM) are present as a sponsor of the event.
